D-serien

The D series covers diameters from 360mm up to 660mm. The relatively small diameter and the broad, paddle-shaped profle of the fan blades makes the D series ideal for smaller heat exchanger applications such as oil coolers, air-cooled condensers and dry coolers. With fan blades of glass reinforced polyamide it can be used in low temperature evaporator applications as well.

The D series provides a successful combination of high airfow and high-pressure rates at low speeds and produces low noise levels. The fact that it’s made up of a modest number of components makes it highly cost-effcient.

Design Features

• Injection moulded impeller of engineered thermoplastic materials. The fan blades are moulded in pairs of two.
• Impeller has 2 or 4 fixed pitch, positively set fan blades. The fan blades have a unique broad paddle shaped profile and are available in 4 standard pitch angles of 25°, 30°, 35°, and 40
• Only available in a configuration where the fan blades rotate in a clockwise direction when facing the air stream.
• One-piece aluminium-alloy boss, which is available in a range of bore/fixing configurations.
• Two blade materials to suit different applications.

The bosses are as standard manufactured in a pressure die cast silumin alloy (EN AC-Al Si12Cu1(Fe)). The fan blades are available in 2 different materials:

PAGAS Anti static glass reinforced polyamide
Temperature range: -40ºC to +110ºC

PAGI Glass reinforced polyamide, industrial quality

G-serien

The G series is the perfect solution for larger applications that require high effciency, high-volume airfow and low noise. The series has a diameter range of 1300–2746 millimeters and features two of our most popular impellers: the 10G airfoil and the 1G sickle.

Our G series sickle impellers generate more pressure while reducing noise, and our G airfoil design saves horsepower while generating high-volume airfow for optimum effciency. The spectrum of G series impellers is ideal for applications ranging from industrial heat exchangers to HVACR.

H-serien

The H series covers diameters from 225 mm up to 742 mm. As with all Multi-Wing impellers, the H series is designed to have high efficiency and low noise level and to be corrosion resistant. It is robust yet light-weight resulting in less wear and stress on motors and bearings.

Its compact but solid design is well suited for a variety of applications. For engine and compressor cooling this impeller type offers a flexible solution that will meet all dimensioning criteria - especially when noise levels are critical. Type H is also applicable to agricultural ventilation, which calls for high performance at low static pressure. For cooling applications, this type is often used in evaporators and in smaller condensers.

M-serien

The M series covers diameters from 300mm up to 508mm. The M series is engineered to meet the demands of smaller heat exchangers such as oil coolers, air-cooled condensers and dry coolers. With fan blades of glass reinforced polyamide this impeller can also be used in low temperature evaporator applications.

It provides high-pressure capability at low speeds resulting in low noise levels in most compact heat exchangers. The one-piece moulded design makes it highly price-competitive.

W-serien

The W series is a very comprehensive series covering diameters from 504mm up to 2141mm. With nine different blade profiles it is incredibly versatile. Consequently, it is possible to select the right impeller for almost any air moving application.

The W series offers light but broad blades designed for coil applications with low speed motors and moderate power consumptions. The W series is also well suited for high performance air moving units such as mobile radiators and wood dryers.

Z-serien

The Z series is one of our broadest series; therefore it can be used in just about any air moving application. It covers diameters from 225 mm to 1261 mm. As with all Multi-Wing impellers, the Z series is designed to have high efficiency and low noise level and to be corrosion resistant. It is robust yet light-weight resulting in less wear and stress on motors and bearings.

The Z series is widely used in the ventilation and cooling industry as well as in automotive applications where environmental requirements are more demanding. It also offers a suitable solution in applications that demand high performance in difficult flow conditions, where there is less focus on power consumption. The Z series also features reversible impellers designed specifically for drying applications.
